Customization process
CNK offers complicated services, include pre-sales, undergoing sales, and after-sales. At first, our sales team will check with customers the requirements, make drawing for customers, and make samples after the drawing is approved. When the customers are satisfied with the samples, we will make mass production with 100% quality inspected. After sales, we offer technical support include hardware and software, and other problems customers may meet in end products development, assembly and test.

After the samples are approved, we will move forward to mass production.
1st, customers place orders, with details of SKU, requirements, payments, trade terms, etc.

4th, Cutting LCD glass, make FOC → COG → Bonding → COB assembly → Aging → OQC inspection → Packing → Shipping.

The 100% inspected and tested good quality goods will be shipped by customers’ instructions, by air, sea, couriers, etc. Every unit is packed in very good conditions, to make sure the goods will not be damaged or disabled during the shipping.
