The crisp, fresh air of the late-year morning marked more than just the passage of time; it signified a renewal of spirit. Over the past year, every member of the sales team had traversed the front lines of the market, experiencing the tension of performance sprints and the joy of secured orders. Now, standing by the Daya Bay in Huizhou, all fatigue and pressure dissipated like the morning mist. The break of dawn symbolized the courage to reset the past and embrace new light—a moment not just of sunrise, but of an internal reboot for the CNK sales warriors.

「The Journey」— The Iron Army Spirit Forever on the Road, Camping as the Starting Point

Sales is an endless expedition. This camping trip served as a warm way station on that journey, a concentrated recharge of team energy. Starting at 10 AM on December 27th, group activities began, with laughter and collaboration quickly breaking the morning's tranquility. Gone were the phone calls and emails; in their place were face-to-face conversations, eye contact, and the tacit understanding built through accomplishing tasks together. The team rediscovered each other—not just as colleagues, but as comrades-in-arms to rely on.

Bonds Growing Amidst Mountains, Rivers, and the Hearth

The midday feast was a banquet for both the palate and the soul. The aroma of roast whole lamb filled the campsite air as everyone gathered around, sharing food and, more importantly, stories from the year gone by. Clinking glasses replaced the tense work rhythm with the warmth and relaxation of a family gathering.

The afternoon's free time allowed everyone to find their own way to unwind. Some enjoyed the quiet leisure of fishing by the water; others competed at the pool table; familiar melodies and laughter drifted from the KTV room; while tactics and luck intertwined around the mahjong table... All these moments,unconsciously, wove a tighter team fabric.
