Fujian CNK Electronics Co., Ltd. Embarks on Team-Building Journey at Ziyun Mountain: Fostering Cohesion through Aerial Challenges and Bamboo Rafting

To enrich employees' cultural life, enhance team cohesion, and alleviate daily work pressure, CNK Electronics (Fujian) Co., Ltd. organized a one-day team-building trip for all staff to the Ziyun Mountain Scenic Area in Huichang, Jiangxi province on November 2nd. Centered around the theme "Content yet Fearless, Courageously Scaling New Heights," the activity not only allowed everyone to appreciate the magnificence of the natural landscape but also brought colleagues closer through fun-filled and challenging experiences.

Meticulous Organization and Orderly Departure

To ensure the smooth execution of the event, the company proactively established an organizing committee, with Feng Wenyan appointed as the Lead Coordinator responsible for overall planning. The convoy was divided into two groups, led by Captains Chen Na and He Yuling respectively, with colleagues like Ma Meizhen and Liang Shengnan assisting in headcounts and photo documentation. Li Guiming, in charge of public supplies, was responsible for carrying items like banners and emergency medical kits, ensuring the team's safety throughout the journey.

Aerial Challenges Ignite Team Courage

At 9:30 AM, the team arrived at the Ziyun Mountain Visitor Center. After a group photo, the day's exciting itinerary officially commenced. Participants experienced a series of thrilling activities including the exhilarating glass slide, the 198-meter long Ziyun Suspension Bridge (the 'Vertigo Walk'), and the soaring zip line that made one feel as if 'flying freely'. Speeding down the transparent glass slide, walking steadily across the suspension bridge, team members encouraged and supported each other, sparking courage through challenges and building trust through collaboration.

Local Flavors for Lunch

At noon, everyone enjoyed an authentic Huichang-style lunch at the scenic area's banquet hall. Local farmhouse dishes such as Huichang dried tofu and dendrobium nourishing soup delighted taste buds. The relaxed atmosphere fostered lively conversation and laughter, further enhancing emotional connection among colleagues.

Serene Bamboo Rafting

The afternoon schedule was more leisurely. The entire team boarded bamboo rafts for a scenic cruise through ten li of stunning landscape. Gliding between the Danxia mountains and emerald waters, they admired the picturesque scenery where "green mountains stand like dark eyebrows and clear waters flow like silk." Along the 3.2-kilometer water route, everyone relaxed, immersing themselves in the tranquility and beauty of nature.

Fun Finale on the Wobble Bridge

Subsequently, the team gathered at the amusing Wobble Bridge for a PK battle testing balance and team coordination. Amidst laughter and cheers, everyone released stress wholeheartedly, demonstrating vitality and teamwork.

At 4:00 PM, all team members gathered promptly and boarded the coaches for the return journey. Though brief, the day's activities provided every participant with abundant joy and lasting memories from the beautiful scenery and shared challenges.

This team-building event at Ziyun Mountain not only allowed CNK employees to unwind amidst their busy work schedules but also significantly enhanced team cohesion through collaboration and challenges.
