On the afternoon of August 18, the signing ceremony for CNK’s equity reform and IPO cooperation was held at Wuping Continuing Education Base. Party Secretary Chen Yibin, Mayor Li Xiaofei, and other county leaders attended. CNK’s Chairman Chen Wenhuai, GM He Jun, and Vice Chair Hong Fangqiong were present. Deputy County Mayor Lian Liangxiang presided.
Chairman Chen stated that this cooperation marks a milestone and a solid step toward the capital market, and the company will improve governance and sharpen competitiveness.

Witnessed by leaders and guests present, the signing ceremony proceeded in two orderly phases. Phase one was the equity reform and IPO cooperation signing, where CNK Chairman Chen Wenhuai and Huafu Securities Party Committee Member and Vice President Zhang Guiyun, as representatives of both parties, signed the agreement, officially establishing the IPO listing advisory partnership.

In the second stage, the signing of cooperation projects for supply and demand matching was carried out. On-site, three industrial cooperation agreements were signed:
Hong Fangqiong, the vice chairman of CNK, signed the agreement for the HMI (Human-Machine Interaction) product;
Yu Hongxia, the assistant director of CNK, signed the agreement for the LCD display screen supporting products;
He Jun, the general manager of CNK, signed the agreement for the TFT module supporting products.
The signing of multiple supply and demand agreements further solidified the upstream and downstream industrial chain and supply chain of the enterprises, and strengthened the collaborative and interactive capabilities of the industry.
The successful signing marks a key step for CNK in capital operations and governance, and also reflects Wuping’s progress in fostering high‑quality industrial clusters.
