On the first day of the itinerary, a substantive semi-annual work meeting kicked off in the hotel's conference room. On the morning of July 11, Chairman Chen Wenhuai presided over the semi-annual work review and core ideas exchange meeting. Participants engaged in in-depth discussions on key topics including the "Five Forces Building," first-half work review, second-half work plans, and the company's vision.
During the subsequent exchange session, heads of various centers reported and exchanged views on sales management, R&D innovation, supply chain, manufacturing, and other topics. This meeting, which lasted from 9 a.m. until noon, was not only a review of past work but also a collision of ideas on the company's future development strategy.
Cultural Experience: Strolling through Dongshengwei, Discovering the Gem of Hakka Architecture
Beyond the meeting, the team visited Dongshengwei, the largest square enclosed Hakka dwelling in China. Built during the Daoguang reign of the Qing Dynasty and with a history of nearly 200 years, this Hakka fortified house bears witness to the wisdom and glory of the Hakka people in southern Jiangxi. Amidst its black bricks, gray tiles, nine patios and eighteen halls, the team seemed to travel back in time, touching the profound heritage of Hakka culture. That evening, the company specially arranged a Hakka glutinous rice cake pounding activity, where colleagues experienced the rich local Hakka customs while making and tasting traditional food.
Exploring the Landscape: Ascending Mount Sanbai, Embracing the "Natural Oxygen Bar"
On July 12, the team headed to the national 5A-level scenic spot – Mount Sanbai. As the source of the Dongjiang River, Mount Sanbai boasts a forest coverage rate of 98%, earning it the reputation of a "natural oxygen bar" and "summer resort." Colleagues either walked in groups along the mountain trails, feeling the gentle breeze and babbling brooks, or paused to gaze at the rolling peaks, taking group photos against the magnificent backdrop of the "First Waterfall of the Dongjiang." Temporarily leaving work-related fatigue behind, everyone reveled in nature's gifts, while children ran and played in the mountains, adding laughter and vitality to the journey.

From the rigorous deliberations of the meeting to the joyful laughter at the scenic spots; from the historical depth of the Hakka fortified house to the refreshing beauty of Mount Sanbai's waters.
