The March breeze swept across the mountains and lakes, and we took a break from our usual workstations to embark on a journey of collaboration that belongs to CNK.

Over two days and one night, the entire full-link team gathered in Conghua, Guangzhou, achieving a deep integration from “business connection” to “spiritual resonance” amidst the lake and mountains.

This was not just a team-building event, but a vivid practice of our “full-link service” — uniting forces through shared understanding, winning customers with warmth, and embarking on a new journey through collaboration.

Team Development | Fun Competitions, Breaking the Ice Through Collaboration
We put on colorful team vests and embarked on a fun-filled developmental challenge. Engaging in entertaining games like “Pearl Ball Relay,” “Tower of Hanoi,” and “You Describe, I Guess,” we tested our chemistry and honed our teamwork through lighthearted interactions.

Each game challenged the team’s unspoken understanding and coordination: some took charge of planning, some led the execution, and some stepped in to support. Familiar colleagues showed different facets of their responsibility amidst the games.
From initial awkward attempts to later seamless communication through eye contact, we broke down departmental barriers amidst laughter and cheers.

Partners who previously only interacted in work groups now stood shoulder-to-shoulder on the same front, giving their all for a shared goal.

These seemingly simple games allowed us to truly understand that the best collaboration is never about “me doing well” but about “us winning together.”

The combined operations session was a business empowerment event focused on “collaboration.” In the meeting room, the words “Combined Operations · Win 2026” on the projection screen were particularly striking.
Colleagues from the front lines shared their work scenarios, discussing the difficulties and solutions unique to their roles.

This transformed the “handover gaps” inherent in processes into “connecting bridges” of mutual understanding. We deeply recognized that the core of full-link service is never about fighting separately, but about being customer-centric, where every link acts as a support for the others.

This training solidified the ideological foundation for subsequent collaborative efforts.

BBQ Time | Warm Food, Warming Hearts with the Fire
As dusk deepened, the charcoal crackled, and the aroma slowly drifted in the evening breeze.

Colleagues, usually busy at their desks, transformed into barbecue experts, each playing their part and cooperating seamlessly amidst the smoky fire, infusing the barbecue with liveliness and warmth.
Without hierarchical distinctions or departmental boundaries, everyone gathered around the fire, chatting about daily life and work, melting away the usual formality and distance in the sizzling warmth.

With each bite of hot food and burst of laughter, hearts drew closer in the relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.

Bonfire Party | Gathering Momentum by the Fire, Turning Sparks into a Torch
When night fully fell, the bonfire blazed on the open ground. We joined hands in a circle, the firelight illuminating every smiling face. Songs, applause, and cheers intertwined under the night sky.
The leaping flames mirrored our cohesive strength. Countless sparks gathered into a torch, and united hearts formed a powerful momentum, further solidifying our resolve to move forward together towards a common goal.

Conclusion
Though brief, the two days and one night of team building were profound.

What we took away from the lake and mountains was not just the spring scenery, but the consensus on full-link collaboration, the trust forged by fighting side-by-side, and the original aspiration and passion for serving our customers.
Only by uniting forces can we achieve stability and go far; only by providing warm service can we win people’s hearts; only by winning customers can we embark on a new journey together.
